1. Listing statuses
- Pending: submitted and waiting for our review. Not public.
- Approved: live on SaathiX Connect.
- Rejected: not published; you'll see the reason and can fix and resubmit.
- Suspended: hidden by our team. Visitors to the old link see a notice to contact us.
- Temporarily closed: set by the owner; still visible with a closed notice.
2. Why we may suspend or remove a listing
- It is fake, a duplicate, or permanently closed.
- It was listed or claimed without the owner's permission.
- It contains misleading claims, keywords or photos, or breaks our Business Owner Guidelines or Terms.
- A report about it was upheld, or the law requires removal.
3. Deleting your own listing
From your account, choose Delete and confirm. The listing is hidden immediately and shows how many days are left to restore it. You can restore it within 30 days with all its details. After 30 days it is permanently erased automatically.
4. Appeals and restoration
If your listing was rejected or suspended and you think it was a mistake, email support@saathix.com or call +91 92179 61277 with the listing name and any evidence. We will review it again and restore it if the issue is resolved.
