Ground Verification Policy

1. A trained SaathiX field agent visits the business in person.
2. With the owner's permission, the agent photographs the signboard and counter and records the visit date and address (and location if available).
3. Evidence is stored privately and reviewed by authorised staff, who cannot approve their own visits.
4. Only after approval does the Ground Verified badge appear, with the verification date.

Revocation

The badge can be revoked if details change, the business closes, or a report is upheld.
