How SaathiX Connect handles your information.
What we collect
- Account details you provide: email, optional name, phone and city.
- Content you submit: reviews, reports, questions, listings and claims.
- Aggregate analytics: counts of profile views and contact-button taps per business, with no user ID or IP address attached.
What we never do
- Sell your phone number or personal data.
- Automatically forward your enquiry to multiple vendors.
- Show your phone number on public pages.
Location
We ask your browser for location only when you tap “Use my location”. Coordinates are used for that search and are not stored.
Your controls
From your account you can hide your name on reviews, delete reviews and update your profile.
