Business Listing and Owner Guidelines

1. Who can list

List only a business you own or are authorised to manage. One listing per business location. If your business is already listed, request ownership instead of creating a duplicate.

2. Keep details accurate

• Use the business name customers see on your signboard.
• Give a working business phone and a real address with the correct PIN code.
• Keep opening hours, services and prices up to date. Leave prices empty if they vary.
• Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly.

3. Photos and logos

• Upload only photos you took or have permission to use. No stock photos or other businesses' images.
• Don't show customers or staff without their permission, or personal documents.
• Owner photos are reviewed before they appear publicly. Up to 12 gallery photos.

4. No misleading claims

Don't describe your business as "best", "No. 1", "cheapest", "verified" or "certified" unless you can prove it, and never claim a brand partnership or licence you don't have. Our AI description writer uses only the facts you enter and filters such claims out.

5. Search keywords

• Add up to 40 words or phrases customers would search for, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, up to 60 characters each.
• Only add services you actually offer and areas you actually serve.
• Don't use competitors' names, repeated words or unrelated terms. Adding more keywords does not raise your position in search.
• Keywords help our own website search. They are not shown on your public page and we do not promise Google rankings.
• Our team may remove keywords that are misleading or irrelevant.

6. Temporary closure

If you are closed for a while, switch on Temporarily closed in your account. Your page stays visible with a closed notice, and you can switch it off any time.

7. Deleting and restoring

If you delete your listing, it is hidden at once and you can restore it for 30 days. After that it is permanently erased. See the Listing Removal Policy.

8. Verification and certificates

Listing approval does not make you Verified. The badge and certificate are given only after an approved field visit. See the Verification Policy.

9. Customer enquiries

Use customer details you receive only to respond to that enquiry. Don't add customers to marketing lists or share their details without permission.
